Born in Montgomery County but raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Chantal has extensive knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay and Coastal areas along with all the history that surrounds it. Chantal grew up in a small crabbing and fishing village on an island in the Chesapeake Bay. It wasn't long after those humble beginnings that she was out exploring the world, traveling to numerous countries from Australia to Norway. It was the pristine beauty and salty air of the Eastern Shore that always brought her back to the Eastern Shore. Chantal was first licensed as a Realtor in Maryland in 2000 specializing in waterfront homes while also running her father's marine construction business responsible for the construction of the most esteemed marinas in the Mid Atlantic region, such as Sunset Marina, Ocean City Fishing Center and Marsh Harbour. After marrying in 2006, Chantal relocated to Connecticut where she obtained her Connecticut Real Estate license and specialized in luxury homes and estates. She lived and raised her two children, two labs and two cats there until 2017 when she returned to her roots in Maryland to be closer to family. Chantal takes pride in providing her clients with quality service that leads to successful long-term relationships. Chantal is an aviation enthusiast with over 25 hours flight time to obtain her private pilot's license. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, painting marine wildlife, boating/sailing, horseback riding and spending time with her family.
